Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering polished, personalized Four Seasons service. Candidates should have previous bartending or hospitality experience, good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage service, strong communication skills, and a professional, well-groomed manner. Fluency in English and French is advantageous, while knowledge of Mauritian languages and local products is helpful. The role requires excellent attention to detail, responsible alcohol service, cash-handling accuracy, teamwork, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to remain calm in a busy luxury-resort environment. The successful candidate is expected to anticipate guest needs, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, follow health and safety standards, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
