Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor supports the hotel’s finance operation by overseeing daily accounting activities, reviewing financial records, assisting with month-end closing, monitoring internal controls, and preparing reports for management. Candidates are generally expected to have accounting experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Office. Hotel or hospitality finance experience is highly desirable. The role requires reliable communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate with departments, auditors, vendors, and corporate finance teams. Fluency in Japanese and English may be expected in an international Tokyo hotel, together with relevant accounting knowledge or certification.
