Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily reception operations, supports guest check-in and check-out, handles requests and complaints, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and helps maintain Four Seasons service standards. Candidates are expected to have previous hotel front-office or guest-services experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, professional presentation, and confidence leading or supporting a team. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems, reservation procedures, cash handling, and concierge services is beneficial. Fluency in English is important; French and other languages are valuable in Mauritius. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a calm, courteous, and highly guest-focused approach.
