Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing dishes to Four Seasons standards, maintaining consistent quality and presentation, and supporting smooth service. Candidates typically need professional culinary training and previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, allergen control, portioning, and kitchen safety is expected. The role requires teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly during busy services. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. Experience with international cuisine and communication skills in English and/or Japanese would be advantageous.
