Job Description

The Concierge Agent supports guests by arranging transportation, excursions, dining reservations, activities, special requests and local experiences. Requirements typically include previous experience in concierge, guest relations, front office or luxury hospitality; excellent spoken and written English; strong knowledge of Mauritius and its attractions; confident communication, organization and problem-solving skills; and a polished, service-focused manner. French and other languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to anticipate guest needs, maintain accurate records, coordinate effectively with hotel departments and external suppliers, protect guest privacy and consistently deliver the Four Seasons standard of personalized service. Flexibility is important, as the role includes shifts, weekends and public holidays.
