Job Description

This internship supports the Food and Beverage department with administrative coordination, reporting, document preparation, scheduling, inventory follow-up, and communication between restaurants, bars, banquets, and hotel departments. Candidates should be studying hospitality, business administration, or a related subject and be eligible to complete an internship in Spain. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, professional communication, basic computer skills, and fluency in English are expected; Spanish or other languages are advantageous. The candidate should be dependable, discreet, service-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a luxury resort environment. Flexibility is important because hospitality operations may require weekend, evening, or seasonal support.
