Job Description

The Guest Services Attendant supports guests throughout their stay by providing warm, attentive service, handling requests, sharing information about resort facilities and Mauritius, and coordinating with departments such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Front Office. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a polished and helpful manner, and good knowledge of English. French is highly useful in Mauritius, while additional languages are an advantage. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with excellent attention to detail, teamwork, discretion, and the ability to remain calm while resolving guest concerns.
