Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes at Sezanne, Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi. Requirements typically include professional culinary training, previous experience in a quality hotel or restaurant kitchen, sound knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and HACCP standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment. The successful candidate is expected to maintain consistent food quality, follow recipes and portion controls, keep the workstation clean, communicate well with colleagues, and support smooth kitchen operations.
