Job Description

The Assistant People and Culture Manager supports the hotel’s human-resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, payroll administration, policy implementation, and staff engagement. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel or service-industry HR, strong communication and organizational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and a practical understanding of Japanese employment practices. Fluency in Japanese and professional English is generally expected in an international luxury hotel. The successful candidate is expected to be approachable, culturally aware, service-minded, well organized, and capable of working closely with department leaders while maintaining Four Seasons’ standards and values.
