Job Description

The Director of Guest Experience & Concierge leads the hotel’s concierge, guest relations and front-of-house experience. The role requires strong luxury-hospitality leadership, extensive knowledge of Sydney, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex guest requests with discretion. Responsibilities include coaching the team, coordinating VIP arrivals, resolving concerns, building relationships with local partners and ensuring Four Seasons service standards are consistently delivered. Candidates are expected to be polished, proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Previous experience in a senior guest-services, concierge or front-office role within a luxury hotel is generally required, along with strong organisational skills and flexibility to work varied shifts.
