Job Description

The Guest Experience Officer supports a high-quality arrival, stay and departure experience for resort guests, with particular responsibility for Japanese-speaking visitors. Requirements typically include fluent Japanese and strong spoken English, previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge or luxury hospitality, good computer skills and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate is expected to be warm, attentive, culturally aware and confident handling guest requests, complaints and special arrangements. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays in a remote island resort.
