Job Description

The Server at Chicago Rare is responsible for delivering polished, attentive table service in an upscale restaurant environment. Requirements typically include previous food and beverage experience, strong English communication skills, professional grooming, menu and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, courteous, dependable, and confident handling special requests, orders, payments, and service recovery. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. Fine-dining experience and knowledge of steakhouse service are advantageous. Candidates should be physically able to remain active throughout shifts and work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
