Job Description

The Male Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, professional and engaging fitness services to hotel guests and members. Requirements typically include a recognized fitness or personal-training certification, practical experience in a gym, strong knowledge of exercise techniques, and current first-aid and CPR certification. The candidate should be physically fit, confident, service-oriented and comfortable designing workouts for different abilities and goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to maintain equipment, follow health and safety procedures, and provide a polished luxury-hospitality experience. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally expected.
