The role requires the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products, maintain accurate client records, prepare treatment rooms, and support a clean, relaxing environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Fluency in English is normally required; additional languages and experience with luxury spa brands are advantageous.
