Job Description

The Banquet Server supports weddings, conferences, private functions and other hotel events by preparing venues, setting tables, serving food and beverages, clearing tables and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have hospitality or banquet experience, a professional appearance, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, physically demanding environment. Flexibility is essential, including availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays. A strong service attitude, attention to detail, teamwork and knowledge of food-safety practices are expected. English is generally required; French and other languages are useful in Mauritius.
