Job Description

The F&B Guest Officer welcomes and assists guests across the hotel’s restaurants and food-and-beverage venues, helping create smooth, personalized dining experiences. Typical responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering menu and venue questions, coordinating with service teams, handling guest requests, and supporting accurate communication between departments. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, confident English communication, a polished and friendly manner, and strong attention to detail. Japanese language ability is highly advantageous for serving local guests. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, professional presentation, and the ability to remain calm while handling busy periods or special requests.
