Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a leading luxury hospitality company operating high-end hotels, resorts and private residences around the world. The company is known for personalized service, strong attention to detail and a people-focused workplace culture. Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru is a secluded island resort in Baa Atoll, offering villas, restaurants, wellness facilities, marine activities and conservation programs. The resort serves international leisure travelers and provides a highly professional environment where employees work across diverse departments and cultures. Team members commonly receive structured training, accommodation, meals, transportation or travel support, and opportunities to develop within Four Seasons. Resort operations require excellent service standards, discretion, teamwork and a strong commitment to guest and employee safety.
Maldives resort islands offer opportunities in security, hospitality, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, marine activities, spa services, finance and management. Employees usually live on the resort island in shared staff accommodation, with meals, uniforms and recreational facilities provided. Life is peaceful and community-based, but remote islands can feel isolated, and work commonly involves long shifts, tropical weather and limited shopping or entertainment. Maldivian culture is friendly, respectful and predominantly Muslim; modest dress and sensitivity toward local customs are important, particularly when visiting inhabited islands. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored Employment Approval and work permit before starting work. A tourist visa does not authorize employment. Employers generally arrange immigration processing, flights or transfers, accommodation and medical checks, although terms vary. Relocation usually involves flying to Malé and taking a domestic flight or seaplane to the resort. Confirm salary, service charge, leave, insurance and return-ticket terms before accepting an offer.
