Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Security supports the resort’s Security Manager in protecting guests, employees, property and company assets. Requirements generally include previous security or hotel security experience, supervisory skills, good English communication, sound knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control and basic investigations. Experience in a luxury resort, hospitality environment, military or law enforcement background is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, remain calm during emergencies, maintain professional guest relations, conduct regular patrols, supervise security officers, coordinate with local authorities when required, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and Maldivian regulations. Flexibility, integrity, physical fitness and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
