Job Description

The Server is responsible for providing polished, attentive food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Duties typically include welcoming guests, explaining menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, monitoring satisfaction, processing bills, maintaining table presentation, and coordinating with the kitchen and service team. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, professional grooming, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in guest service. Knowledge of food, beverages, allergies, and hygiene procedures is advantageous. Fluency in English is generally expected; French is highly useful in Mauritius.
