Job Description

The Accounting Generalist supports daily hotel finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, income auditing, reconciliations, journal entries, cash handling, reporting, and month-end closing. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or hospitality management, together with relevant hotel or accounting experience. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and familiarity with accounting systems are important. Experience with hotel software such as Opera, Micros, or similar financial platforms is advantageous. The successful candidate should communicate effectively in English, work well with different departments, meet deadlines, follow internal controls, and provide dependable service consistent with Four Seasons standards.
