Job Description

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping guest-facing areas of the resort clean, orderly, and welcoming. Duties typically include cleaning lobbies, corridors, restrooms, restaurants, pool areas, walkways, and other shared spaces; replenishing supplies; removing waste; reporting maintenance issues; and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should have previous hotel, resort, or cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, good personal presentation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and commitment to Four Seasons service standards are expected.
