Job Description

The Assistant Director of Rooms supports the Director of Rooms in overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and related rooms operations. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality management, several years of luxury hotel experience, strong knowledge of rooms division procedures, and excellent English communication skills. Experience with hotel property-management systems and team leadership is expected. The successful candidate should be highly organised, guest-focused and commercially aware, with the confidence to resolve service issues, coach colleagues, coordinate across departments and maintain Four Seasons standards. Flexibility, cultural awareness, attention to detail and a hands-on approach are essential, including the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
