The Houseman supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining guest corridors, service areas, public spaces, linen rooms and back-of-house areas. Duties may include transporting linen and supplies, removing waste, assisting room attendants, replenishing amenities and responding promptly to guest or departmental requests. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable and able to stand, walk, lift and work for extended periods. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful, though a positive attitude, attention to detail, teamwork and strong service standards are essential. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays, professional grooming, clear communication and respect for guest privacy. Familiarity with luxury hospitality expectations and safe handling of cleaning materials is advantageous.
