Job Description

The Bell/Garage Attendant welcomes guests, assists with luggage, coordinates vehicle arrivals and departures, parks and retrieves cars, and provides helpful information about the hotel and Sydney. The role requires excellent grooming, a warm and professional manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy luxury-hotel environment. A current driver’s licence and confident driving ability are generally required, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in guest services, valet parking or hospitality is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, attentive to detail and committed to delivering discreet, personalised Four Seasons service.
