Job Description

The Steward supports kitchen operations by washing dishes, cookware, and utensils; cleaning kitchen areas and equipment; removing waste; and maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous stewarding, kitchen, or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with good teamwork, attention to detail, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience in a luxury resort and basic English communication skills would be advantageous.
