Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer supports the reception team by welcoming guests, managing arrivals and departures, handling requests, coordinating with hotel departments, and ensuring a smooth, personalized stay. Candidates should have hospitality or front-office experience, excellent spoken and written English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a polished, service-oriented manner. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with hotel reservation systems are advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with discretion, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a luxury resort environment.
