Job Description

The Server is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, clearing tables, processing payments, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have previous experience in a quality restaurant, resort, or hotel, strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and a professional, friendly manner. Fluency in English is generally expected; French is highly advantageous, and additional languages are welcome. The successful candidate should be attentive, well-groomed, reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
