Job Description

The Purchasing Intern supports the hotel’s procurement team with supplier communication, price comparisons, purchase orders, inventory checks, invoice coordination and administrative reporting. Candidates are typically expected to be studying hospitality, business, finance, supply chain or a related subject, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication, computer literacy and working knowledge of English are important; Spanish or other European languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate should be professional, reliable, discreet and comfortable working with multiple departments in a luxury resort environment. Previous hotel, purchasing or administrative experience is helpful but may not be essential. This role generally requires legal authorization to complete an internship in Spain.
