The Core Agent supports hotel guests and colleagues by handling inquiries, requests, reservations-related communication, telephone calls, messages, and coordination with relevant departments. Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, professional telephone manners, and excellent attention to detail. Fluency in Japanese and English is generally expected for this Tokyo-based role, while additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be calm under pressure, well organised, discreet, and comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A warm, service-focused attitude and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential. Familiarity with hotel systems and luxury-service standards is preferred.
