Job Description

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and suites to Four Seasons standards, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and respecting guest privacy. Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, along with basic English communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a professional appearance. The role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working efficiently under time pressure. Candidates are expected to provide warm, discreet service, follow health and safety procedures, protect hotel property, and work cooperatively with colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
