Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a modern Gulf destination offering strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, and construction. Dubai has a highly international workforce and a fast-paced lifestyle, with excellent restaurants, shopping, beaches, entertainment, and public transport. The culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage, and expatriate influences; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected, especially in public and religious settings. Summers are extremely hot, while winters are warm and more comfortable for outdoor activities. Employers normally arrange an employment residence visa, work permit, medical examination, and Emirates ID after hiring; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Relocation packages may include accommodation or an allowance, meals, transport, health insurance, and return flights. Employees should confirm contract terms, probation rules, gratuity, accommodation, and service-charge arrangements before accepting an offer.
