Job Description

The Server at Shai Salon is responsible for providing polished food and beverage service in the hotel’s salon and lounge environment. Requirements typically include previous experience in luxury hospitality, restaurants, lounges, or cafés; strong English communication skills; professional grooming; and knowledge of service standards. Arabic or additional languages may be advantageous. The candidate is expected to welcome guests warmly, explain menus, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, maintain cleanliness, handle payments correctly, and respond to guest requests with discretion. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. A genuine interest in guest satisfaction, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a busy setting are important.
