Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department by organizing daily room and public-area assignments, updating room status, handling guest and colleague requests, preparing reports, coordinating with Front Office and Engineering, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have hospitality or administrative experience, strong organization, excellent communication skills, and a professional, service-focused attitude. Attention to detail, discretion, computer literacy, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced luxury resort are important. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected. Experience with hotel systems and knowledge of housekeeping procedures are advantageous.
