Job Description

The Prep Cook 2 supports the culinary team by preparing ingredients, following recipes, portioning food, maintaining proper food storage, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Candidates typically need previous kitchen or food preparation experience, basic knowledge of cooking methods, food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to use kitchen equipment safely.
