Job Description

The Operations Support Agent helps coordinate daily freight activities, shipment processing, customer enquiries, documentation, tracking and communication with internal teams, couriers and customers. Requirements generally include secondary education, strong administration and computer skills, attention to detail, accurate data entry and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced transport environment. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.
