Job Description

This role provides psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based therapy for people with complex mental-health needs, potentially across clinical, forensic or counselling services. Applicants generally need a relevant doctoral-level psychology qualification, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and substantial post-qualification experience. Forensic experience, knowledge of risk assessment, safeguarding and multidisciplinary working may be required, depending on the service. The successful candidate is expected to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain accurate clinical records, contribute to supervision and service development, and work effectively with patients, families and professional teams.
