The Practice Nurse will provide safe, effective nursing care in a primary-care setting, including immunisations, health checks, chronic disease management, wound care, cervical screening and patient education. Applicants should hold current NMC registration, relevant primary-care or general-practice experience, and evidence of continuing professional development.
