The Pathway Coordinator supports the smooth administration and monitoring of patient care pathways, helping services meet NHS access and waiting-time standards. Duties typically include coordinating appointments, updating electronic patient records, tracking referrals and investigations, communicating with patients and clinical teams, producing reports, and escalating delays or risks. Candidates are expected to have strong administrative and organisational skills, accuracy, good IT ability, and confidence using databases and Microsoft Office.
