Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end hiring process, including preparing vacancies, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and managers, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and completing pre-employment checks. The role requires strong administration, organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and confidence using recruitment or HR systems. Experience in recruitment, personnel administration or a busy customer-service environment is desirable. The successful candidate is expected to manage competing deadlines, provide a professional and responsive service, work collaboratively across departments, and demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and the NHS values.
