Job Description

This senior practitioner role supports adults with complex mental health needs through rehabilitation and recovery-focused care. Requirements typically include professional registration as a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, relevant post-registration experience, strong knowledge of risk assessment and safeguarding, and the ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate is expected to provide compassionate, recovery-oriented interventions, coordinate care plans, manage risk, support service users toward greater independence, and contribute to clinical leadership and service development.
