Job Description

The Team Administrator supports the smooth running of an NHS clinical or operational team by coordinating diaries, meetings, correspondence, records, reports and routine administrative processes. Applicants are generally expected to have strong organisational and communication skills, good attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous administrative experience is usually required, while NHS or healthcare experience may be advantageous. The successful candidate should work professionally with patients, colleagues and external partners, maintain confidentiality, follow Trust policies and contribute positively as part of a busy multidisciplinary team.
