This consultant post requires full GMC registration, Specialist Register eligibility in Paediatrics with expertise in Paediatric Neurology or Neurodisability, and relevant NHS or equivalent clinical experience. The successful candidate will assess and manage children and young people with neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, provide advice to families and professionals, and support service development, teaching, training and clinical governance. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, collaborative working and a commitment to safeguarding, equality, research and continuous improvement. The role may involve outpatient clinics, specialist services, shared on-call responsibilities and collaboration across Guy’s and St Thomas’ and partner services.
