The role may require handling urgent requests, maintaining accurate records, following workplace health and safety procedures, and supporting the wardrobe or housekeeping team. Previous hotel, laundry, tailoring or garment-production experience is advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays may be expected.
