Job Description

The Casual AV Crew supports live events at Marina Bay Sands by setting up, operating and dismantling audio, lighting, rigging and video equipment. Responsibilities may include equipment checks, stage preparation, cable management, show operation, troubleshooting and safe handling of production gear. Candidates should have practical experience in event production or audiovisual operations, basic technical knowledge, good physical fitness and the ability to work safely at height or around heavy equipment. Familiarity with consoles, signal flow, lighting systems, video equipment or rigging is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work casual, evening, weekend and public-holiday shifts. Candidates are expected to be reliable, safety-conscious, service-minded, calm under pressure and able to work effectively with event, hotel and technical teams.
