Job Description

This casual position supports the delivery of special events at Marina Bay Sands. Typical duties may include event setup and breakdown, guest guidance, registration assistance, queue management, distributing materials, maintaining service standards, and helping event teams respond to operational needs. Candidates should be reliable, presentable, physically able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable working in a busy hospitality or events environment. Good communication, a helpful attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail are expected. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and varying event schedules is likely required. Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or venue operations would be advantageous but may not be essential for a casual role.
