Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Housekeeping (Operations) supports the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and service standards are maintained to Marina Bay Sands’ requirements. The role typically requires a diploma or equivalent qualification, several years of hotel housekeeping experience and prior supervisory experience in a large or luxury property. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, room inspections, staff scheduling, inventory control and workplace safety is expected. The successful candidate should be organised, service-focused and comfortable managing a diverse team in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment. Good communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
