Job Description

The Assistant Producer supports the planning, development and delivery of museum exhibitions and related programmes at Marina Bay Sands. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in museum studies, arts management, events, communications or a related field, along with experience coordinating exhibitions, events, cultural projects or visitor programmes. Strong organisational, research, writing and communication skills are expected, as well as the ability to manage schedules, suppliers, budgets and multiple stakeholders. Candidates should be detail-oriented, creative, adaptable and comfortable working to deadlines, including occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays. Experience with museums, galleries, production agencies or large-scale public events would be advantageous.
