Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, concierge, guest services, check-in and check-out operations at Marina Bay Sands. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in hospitality, several years of hotel front-office experience, and proven supervisory or managerial responsibility in a luxury or high-volume property. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and customer-service skills are essential, along with professional English and familiarity with hotel systems.
