Company Info

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort in Singapore operated by Las Vegas Sands. It is one of the city’s most recognisable destinations, combining luxury hotel accommodation, retail, restaurants, entertainment, convention facilities, a casino and major attractions such as SkyPark Observation Deck, ArtScience Museum and Digital Light Canvas. The company employs people across hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, events, gaming, retail and corporate functions. Marina Bay Sands is known for its international guest base, large-scale operations and emphasis on service excellence. Employees generally work in a structured, multicultural environment with training and opportunities to develop within the wider resort. Roles involving visitor experience focus on creating safe, friendly and memorable experiences for leisure travellers, families, business guests and local visitors.

Destination Guide

Singapore offers strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, attractions, aviation, retail, technology, finance and events. The culture is multicultural and generally safe, orderly and service-oriented, with English widely used alongside Mandarin, Malay and Tamil. Lifestyle is convenient and urban: public transport is excellent, healthcare is high quality, and food ranges from hawker centres to international dining. Housing can be expensive, especially near the city centre, so many employees share apartments or live farther from downtown. Foreign workers usually need an employer-sponsored work pass; common options include the Employment Pass for qualifying professionals and the S Pass or Work Permit for eligible roles, subject to salary, quotas and government approval. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, medical requirements and employment terms before relocating. Singapore is compact, hot and humid year-round, with frequent rain, so light clothing and practical footwear are useful.
