The Specialist, MICE Service Operations supports the planning and delivery of meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions at Marina Bay Sands. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, events or a related field, along with experience in event coordination, hotel operations or customer service. The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple schedules, suppliers and client requests. Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills are expected, as well as professional English and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when events require it. Familiarity with event systems and Singapore’s hospitality industry would be advantageous.
