The Floral Designer creates and maintains floral arrangements, displays, and decorative installations throughout Marina Bay Sands. Requirements typically include proven floral design experience, knowledge of flowers, plants, conditioning techniques, colour coordination, and safe handling of tools and materials. A relevant certificate or hospitality experience is advantageous. The candidate is expected to demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently or with hotel operations teams. Flexibility is important because displays may be required for guest areas, restaurants, events, and special occasions.
